We received notification from PayPal that they are adding IPNs, PayPal asking us if we are implementing any Access Control List (ACL) or filters on IP addresses for the IPNs received from PayPal? If yes we then need to add the new IPNs which we need to know how to do? Please advise.

actually we've been using it for years this way... taking phone orders and creating orders for customers and the order input screen automatically applied the discount. Sales Stat reports and Monthly Reports
Please add feature to allow us to download all sales stats and monthly reports in csv form as well as be able to save as a pdf. Currently all we can do is print the page that pulls up which not user friendly for tracking sales activity over any period of time.

Where in the AllPro console can we find the most accurate stats by for a specific coupon code?
For example:
the email preview "coupon usage"
Reports > Sales > Sales by coupon code
Reports > Monthly Reports > Coupons
All three of the above show wildly different stats....which one is accurate?

Why do some of our orders get marked as "reshipped"? All we do is click the check mark on the "orders" page. Also the customer it just happened to received two email confirmations for shipping for the same order which he is not happy about... buyer #11954
