When I run a report for a list of contacts I need to reconnect with by Next Contact - the list doesn't recognize 2017 as the most recent. Perhaps it seems the January listing first and puts all my most recent tasks to the bottom of the list.

So we have a field where we can identify how they heard about us. Again, Angie's List, BBB, etc. So let's say we have 200 people that connected with us this month....Where do I run the report that show how many are Angie's List, BBB, etc.?

When we merged contacts, the notes shifted over beautifully along with the multiple emails and website, etc. The address disappeared though...we can't recover it so we will need to ask for it again. Just FYI....THANKS!

Is there a way for us to view who referred that person on their screen? For example, if Mr Jones referred Ms. Smith. I'd need to be able to go to Ms. Smith's profile and view that reference there. So when I make a follow-up/call all the notes to reference are there.

I appreciate this but your right...it's not what I need. I need to run report and percentages over our marketing. How many are coming from BNI? Internet? The tradeshow? I need those numbers for reporting and to be sure our marketing budget is on point and effective.

We need to be able to delete or remove notes from our contact's info. Some of the notes self generate when we copy and paste and we hit "enter" before we realize that the Note field self generated notes. How do we delete these past notes or can we add that option?
