All of this information is from your company information in the console. You can edit this by going to "Settings->Company Information" on the left menu in your AllProWebTools console and editing your Company Information.

This is normal. The information under "Processor" and "Authorization" are normally displayed only on the paid invoice. The refund invoice does not show this information, but the refunds are actually processing!
