This has worked fine, except with one of our dealers, they show a negative Account Credit amount (Allegro), and despite numerous efforts, I haven't been able to set it to the right amount (should be positive $31).

Yes, it's always worked in the past. I just noticed it yesterday, and again today. So if I put in a date range and go to the Accounting / Sales Report, it pulls up every order within that date range. But if I try to narrow down the list with any of the drop-down menu options, it shows zero orders.

Meaning I just placed a test order and emailed the invoice via Invoice Options button. I received the invoice, along with tracking when marked as shipped.

We did have one retail customer call in after placing an order to say he never received his invoice or tracking emails, even after checking his junk/spam folder. I tested it on an email from a domain through another webhost, and got both just fine.

Since the beginning, we have had distributors who claimed to never get our invoice/tracking emails. I told them to check junk mail. Some did find them there, and apparently, some never did. Some who did get them have been telling me for a couple of months now that they stopped getting them.

We noticed this only today, but when a form is completed, instead of the thank you page, it produces a page that almost looks like an error page, saying "Array" at the top. I am aware I could go through each order and find it eventually, but this solution doesn't help much since this is a dealer that places multiple orders a day. So when you are on the phone with them, you don't have time to go through all of their orders.

To be a serious ecommerce platform, I think you need to do this, whether anyone else happens to look at this and add their two cents or not. Plus, AVS cannot be fully applied without it, so it is also a PCI compliant issue as well.
