Just testing that out, it isn't useable for us. We use this invoice email to indicate to the customer that there is money owed on an order. If I turn off the invoice items they don't see anything other than an order number and a date. No call to action at all for paying a remaining amount due. We re...

Can you please verify what the default password is for a customer from ebay and/or new accounts we create on the backend? I can verify that it is not password123

Okay, is that going to help with the customers not seeing remaining amount due in the email they receive? All I see is that I can turn on or off the "invoice items". My issue is that they are told they need to pay the entire amount of the invoice rather than the remaining amount due.

From the webstore, we have a couple of customers unable to complete the checkout when trying to set up a preorder that does not require a deposit. Please investigate.

I'll have Shane keep an eye out today.
When I created a test order on my own and then marked it paid inventory came down as it should. But then Shane observed the errors on those two.

Is it possible to do this? It greatly lowers spam complaints when "unsubscribe" is obvious and at the top.

Also, note that one of those was paid through CC on the website, and the other was marked as a cash payment by Shane.

We have noticed that when we simply hit "Print Invoice" from the backend, the invoice looks as it should. In fact, it is laid out MUCH better than what gets sent to the customer, and has the correct lines such as "remaining amount due." If this can be sent to the customer that would be great.

Okay, two instances when it did not work: 15651 and 15769. Neither of these orders brought down the inventory. It should be at 1 and instead it remains at 3.

I can verify that it worked with a test order I just created, and marking the order "Paid" manually. I will make sure Shane doesn't actually use the "account credit" button unless the customer truly has account credit.

Shame says it didn't work with 15604. This order was created by Shane, and not a pre-order. He used "account credit" to pay it off, although the customer did not actually have account credit (shane has been misusing that and will use the "cash" button from now on.) Okay i had the email widget show me the 256 newest products and even back that far I am seeing items that were not listed recently. Basically between item 5671 and item 5795 nothing was listed by us. Those 200+ items all got recreated or something over the weekend. This concerns me with ebay listing...

Everything on that front page starting with the purple suspenders and older was not created new by us. So it seems that there is a different issue happening that must have occurred over the weekend and these items have new item IDs.

I miss typed in that one. Pre-order conversion does seem to work correctly, the remaining amount due is computed correctly. The issue with using the pre-order conversion is when the customer goes to pay the invoice they are asked to pay the whole amount. So that is why we attempted to use "discount"...

I actually just tested this on my end and with paying by CC the customer is asked to pay the full invoice rather than remaining amount. Should I start another thread with that or just stick with this one?

Inventory not adjusting when order is paid
When we create an order on the backend, or convert a preorder, the inventory does not change when the order is paid in full. Webstore and Ebay orders both lower inventory. We need this to work, and it has been several months since we discovered and reported the issue initially.

I'm wondering if this is due to everything being moved over to a new server over the weekend? If so we need to time stamps reverted to where they were before. We put up a lot of new products on Friday that should be high sellers, and we need them to appear at the top of the home page.

The discount is added to the final invoice amount, rather than being subtracted from the item cost. Customers using Paypal asked to pay entire invoice amount, not remaining amount due. This causes us to not be able to use the AP invoicing, instead we have to go directly to Paypal and invoice, or create an entire new order with the price adjusted to reflect what the customer owes.

We tried to copy item ID 1498, and item 5796 was created. Something is not working correctly: the pictures are combined from an entirely different item and the description is as well. Seo info seems to be a mess as well. Please investigate.
