Please tell me how I clear these. I have 5 sitting there and they have been taken care of but still show up in the hazard icon near the chat icon on the top of the page. :roll:

There are a few different notifications that will appear there. Are you referring to the notifications for contacts that need called back, or something else? Depending on what notification you are talking about they need to be addressed in different ways.
