Memberships using Auto-invoicing, but not autopay

Post by Tim117 »

We have a few clients who'd like to pay for a membership every 30 days via check rather than Credit Card, is there a way to have the memberships auto send an invoice due every 30 days? Thanks!

Currently, if one of your clients has no credit card on file, or an invalid credit card, AllProWebTools will create an unpaid order for your client. You can catch these orders in the Dashboard or by going to Store->View Orders where you can review the unpaid orders and email them an invoice from the Order itself.

Please let me know if you have any more questions, and if you have suggestions to streamline this, please add them to the Suggestions & Feature Requests forum!

I understand that, but if the order is unpaid due to CC being invalid or expired, the 'membership' will be inactive and won't send them an invoice 30 days later unless you manually make it active again for every client that's like that.

Once the order is marked as paid, their membership will be active again, and they will be invoiced again in the next 30 days.
