CC on email from campaign

Is there some way to set up a CC or BCC address on a email sent from a campaign. We are sending out a daily email for abandoned carts, and we would like them to go to an admin email address as well.

Hi Andy!

As of right now, it is not possible to set up a CC/BCC address on an email sent from a campaign. You are able to view all abandoned carts from the workflow timeline, as well as through your notification center.

If the person in charge of the admin email has their own user created within your AllProWebTools console, they will be able to see this information as well!

In many cases, you can create a "filter" or "rule" from your email box to send a copy of any emails to another email address. Gmail, yahoo, and outlook all have functionality like this.

I know how to set up filters but I'm not sure how that would help in this case.

Is that something I could set up in mailgun?

I do not know the extent of Mailguns capabilities, you may want to contact their support to ask.

A quick Google Search turned up this article about filtering emails:

You can do a Google search for assistance in filtering whatever email service you are using.

Dave, I'm not sure how filtering will help in this scenario. I am looking to get a notification by email when an abandoned cart happens. Abandoned carts are exceedingly high for us right now and we want to initiate contact with customers and find out what is going on while the purchase is still fresh in their minds.

We do have a daily email campaign for abandoned carts going out, and I was hoping at the very least this email could get bcc'd to [email protected] but it looks like this feature is not possible.

If the email that you want to BCC is going out to different customers email addresses, than no, there is no way to BCC this to yourself. All updates are provided in real-time from the AllProWebTools dashboard.
