We get calls and emails just about every day from people saying that the shopping cart would not let them complete their order, usually because it doesn't give them shipping options, or it gives them USPS shipping options only, and not UPS. The closest I can come to recreating this is when I put in an incorrect address, or enter a correct address in a way the system apparently doesn't like. Usually when they call and we enter the order manually, the manual-entry system accepts the address, even though the online shopping cart did not. But there are times when even the manual system does not give UPS shipping options.
Is it possible that one of the developers who works with apwt could come up with a solution for us?

We would love to look into this issue for you, but would need some more information first. Could you provide us with some example Order Numbers, or Contact Ids, that this has happened to? Preferably ones where the address has not already been changed. With some exact examples, we will be better able to find out what is going on!
