upload a css styles file into the media library

Post by Dgalassi1792 »

How do I get a CSS file uploaded in the client library for me to access in my theme? I have tried multiple times uploading a CSS file and its not in the folder after I exit the upload process. The check box is shown as if the file is uploaded successfully, so if it failed to upload, it does that without any feedback to know what is happening.

Hi Dave, I just refreshed the window and I see the two files - but they are uploaded as a txt file. I double checked the file I uploaded, and it is indeed a CSS file extension. The upload folder is in the "websiteimages" folder for the HTW client. Hope that helps you in tracking it down. Thank you!

Hello,

We just pushed out a quick patch regarding how css files are uploaded under Website->Manage Images & Files that should fix your problem. If you could please try again and let me know if the issue is resolved, I would appreciate it!

Hi John,

Yes! That worked. I have uploaded the CSS files again, and this time I'm seeing them in the library as a CSS file. Thank you for helping with this!
