Bootstrap Template

I may not understand how the bootstrap template works but my thinking is that I can insert rows to layout a page. However, it appears that I can only add a few rows. Is there a limit to the number of rows on a page or do I misunderstand how to use the template?

I have watched the video several times already. In his example he only creates two rows. After I add three rows I seem to have the problem. It won't add a 4th row. I will try it again.
