linking with fulfillment company

Hi.
I have a potential new client who currently has a store with shopify. CarolSkylark.com
Through shopify, she uses fulfillment companies who do the actual finishing and mailing of the products she sells (personalized tee shirts and leggings).
Is there a way to integrate a fullfillment company with the APWT platform?
