Delete Sign Up box

Hello,

Is there any way to delete a sign up box? I don't see any option to do so. Or at least disable it so it's not active... or hide it... or anything like that.

One options would be to remove the Sign-Up Box wherever it is being used so that it does not get filled out by anyone.
