payment link on invoice not working

The Pay Now link at the bottom of the invoice takes you to the screen to either login or set up an account so you can pay. This link is not working for any of my clients so I am having to call to get credit card numbers entered.

This is what my clients say:
I set up the account on the page, logged in, and put in the information. It just pops up "invalid credentials" in pink at the top of the page when I submit the order.

The error is "invalid credentials" or "this account doesn't belong to you"

Please help, I am new to APWT and need to make the payment process a seamless one.

The first thing to make sure of, is that if the customer is receiving an email invoice, they must use/create an account with that same email address, otherwise they will not be able to pay the order.

It sounds like that may be the issue your customer is experiencing. If it is not, if you could give me a bit more information, like the order number, we can look into this further.

You can also start a screenshare or chat support whenever you like, if you think that will help.

They are using the same email address in APWT
This has happened with every invoice I've sent -
