Hello,
We have a client whose account is currently deactivated. It has been that way for about two weeks now. This client does plan on re-activating their account, but they just haven't gotten around to it yet (Support code for this client: Support Code: 2021-0)
So my question is this - how long does a APWT account remain inactive before it completely goes away and is unable to be restored? Is there a time limit for such things? How long does this client have until they are unable to reactive their account at all any more?
Let me know about this, as it may be some time still until they are able to reactivate their account and I want to ensure that everything will still be there when they do this.

Re: How long does a website stay inactive?
Inactive accounts are permanently deleted after 6 months and can no longer be retrieved.
There is a re-activation fee for all inactive accounts of $40 to cover the cost of storage and re-activation.
