View Date that someone joined a campaign

Hello,

Is there a way to view the exact date that a person joined a marketing campaign? So we have a client that is running ads to a sign up box that's attached to a campaign, and they want to know specifically how many people have engaged with the campaign since the beginning of this month. When I view the details of the campaign, all I see is the date in which the next email will send out.

Is there a place I can go to see the date that they signed up instead?

You can access a report page for this by adding the following path to your URL from your AllProWebTools account: console5.1/report-marketing-campaigns.php. Example: 1234.allprowebtools.com/console5.1/report-marketing-campaigns.php. This will be accessible from the menubar in version 5.2.

I am not able to access this. Do I need to be on version 5.1 to view this? When I try to do this I am kicked out of the site I was in and I need to log in all over again.

Yes, you will need to be upgraded to 5.1.

Please provide the Support Code for the account you are working on.

Thank you for putting this together for us. However, I see that right now it makes us enter the name of the campaign manually. Can this be changed to be a dropdown so that we can easily pick and choose the campaign we want without needing to go off and search for the name of the campaign that we want to look up, in the cases that we don't remember the exact name of the campaign? Or have it like a list format (for example - when you go to view the campaign list itself) so we can click on the campaign that way?

Also - when i look this up, I see a large blank box at the top of the screen: "You searched for the marketing campaign: XXXXX"
(see screenshot) - This just doesn't seem quite right to me.

This account has also been upgraded. Please continue to use this page and record your findings. We would like to hear more suggestions after you've had a chance to use it for a few days. We will keep these requests in mind throughout the development of version 5.2.

So I just noticed that the report for the marketing campaign that the client requested does not show all of the data.

For the campaign in question, I can see that there have been 38 people registered for the campaign (in the list of campaigns it shows 38 active). Yet the list itself for the report shows only 10 people in that report - not the full 38 that have registered for the campaign.

There is also no way to change the date range, as I suspect that the reason this is happening is that this report is only showing data for this current month. Yet we want to see data for everyone that has signed up since the start of the campaign.

Can this be made more user-friendly though? It would make more sense (to me) to have a date picker in a more prominent place, specific to this page, rather than using that date picker.

If not, that's fine, but just wondering.

when I tried to use that date picker this is what happened. As you can see the screen itself got way to wide horizontally as well so data in the screenshot is all cut off any wonky too.

ALSO - no new data is showing. the date picker didn't show any new data for the last column that actually shows data

For some reason I am not able to get any data to show now for any of the campaigns for any date range.

We've made an update to the report page. Please search for the marketing campaign again, ensure your date range is correct and you should see results. This feature will be publicly available from the menubar in version 5.2. You can read more about version 5.2 here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4116
