I am trying to generate affiliate links that are connected to External URLS (meaning they are not a product on the website); however, when I do that I don't see anywhere in the system of where the referral came from or who the link is attached to.
Can you help?
I was successful with generating the link but now need to find out where the data goes when someone clicks on it and buys something or signs up.

That video did not discuss external links. It just covers if it's a website link.

The affiliate system was designed to work with internal links, it does not provide tracking information for external links.

What data is it that you would like to track? Is it just visits?

Hi,
However it is working now for internal links, it would be nice to have the same functionality for external links. I am not familiar with this aspect of APWT myself, I was asking for a client, so I can't say exactly what the current functionality for this is, but it would be nice to have the same functionality for external links if at all possible.
