Order for $0.00 with FREE in Processor?
Hi! Any ideas what happened here? Order 351626 from buyer 35758 came through at $0.00 with no items and on the order and under "processor" is says "FREE" and there's no authorization code?

This is an incomplete order. The records show that this order was attempted from an Android cell phone. From IP starting with: 2600

It is possible that the phone battery died or that they lost internet signal just before or during entering their credit card number.
If there is no transaction id, then there was no credit card transaction recorded.
The first thing this visitor did when visiting your website was to enter the coupon code: OKRAW20 - this created an order with no items in it. The records show that they never added any items to their cart and just kept going to the checkout page with no items and a coupon code.
The order is displaying as you see it because the system has an order with zero items in it and zero payment.
The customer's contact information is included in the order. You should be able to contact them via phone or email to assist them in completing their order.
