Hi!
Our campaign for abandoned carts used to send the email every time a buyer in our console visited our website, started a shopping cart and left without checking out. Now after the 5.4 update our the console only sends the abandoned cart email one time to a buyer and then not again for any future abandoned carts. So if a buyer made an abandoned cart last month they were sent the email but if the same buyer came back this month and created another shopping cart the console is not sending the abandoned cart email for the new cart....how do we fix this?

The purpose of the abandoned cart email is to encourage a newcomer to try your product or service for the first time. Are you asking to configure your account to allow visitors to intentionally come to your website each month and abandon a cart knowing that they can get a discount every month?

No, our abandoned cart email simply lets customers know that they left items in a shopping cart and never checked out....they are not receiving any type of discount in this email. I think you are confusing this with our "sign up and save today" welcome email for 1st time customers, when they fill out the sign-up box they get an email with a 10% off code (we are also having issues with this email not inserting a code but I submitted a separate forum thread for this issue).
