Google Conversions Pre-Call to do

We have a call tomorrow morning with Google support to set up our Adwords conversion code correctly as it is not tracking conversions. The google implementation team is requesting:

1) Please ensure you have administrative access to the source code of your website (FTP/Admin panel access)....where do I access this in the console?
2) BackUp your do we do this?
3) We need to add our customer service email address to our company information in the footer of our website to comply with Google Merchant Center do we do this?

If you could respond as soon as possible it would be most helpful as otherwise we will have to reschedule our google appointment....
