Google Conversion value tag issue

  • Quote

Post

Hi!
After speaking with google support and their tag implementation team we've been informed that the page a customer lands on after completing their purchase our "thank you page" needs to contain the dollar value of an order on the actual page. Right now it only displays the order #. Google tags for tracking value are unable to perform without the order value displayed as well. Google support said this would be a very basic and easy to add to this page, so we need your help....how do we add this? Attached is the webpage we are referencing
thank you for your order page.jpg

Ok almost there...2 things:
1. Can we get the verbiage changed to say "Order Total" instead of "item subtotal"? This is the final page a customer lands on after placing an order...most customers order more than one item and the total displayed is not a "subtotal" but rather the total.
2. Instead of displaying above the image how do we get the "order total" to display with the other verbiage below the image? If you can just take out "Your order is on the way!" and insert the "Order Total" followed by "Your order number is #"

If you can change this or let me know how to change it....

Hi Brad! Just letting you know this is all resolved...We have a call with the google tag team later so couldn't wait any longer...I had to start a screenshare and Kayla fixed quickly so disregard unless google comes back and says the change is not going to comply with their value tracking.
