How to find a buyer by id number

Could you please provide guidance on how we are to search by buyer ID? No one at tech support has ever responded to us on how to. When I type in ID 31570, buyer 31570 and even Contact ID#31570 it only pulls up a buyer that is definitely not #31570 and it pulls up order#31570....how are we to find buyer 31570 in our system?

Yes, you can click on ANY customer to go to their CRM record. Once there, you will notice in the URL it will look like this: contact-management.php?id=28272

Simply change the ending number from "28272" to "31570" and press the enter key.

You will instantly be taken to the CRM for that customer.

Screenshots show the web page before trying to change ID With the New number and what the new number goes to.

Your last screenshot shows that there is no one with CRM ID: 1529

Try the same process and change the ID number in the URL to 15 and you will see a record for Carolyn

the 1529 ID is what popped up after entering 1529 and clicking enter on the one that showed the id as1734.

That is correct.

But it shows no contact when and when I search for that name it comes up to the original number...

I do not know what I am doing wrong. Is there a video to see it done?
