New Banner File and Favorite Emoticon File will not update

I keep trying to change the Banner and my Favorite Emoticon but it is not working. It even says that I have successfully uploaded the new file, however, the old banner and emoticons are still there.

Hi Connor,

It can be hard to see your new uploaded favicon and banner right away because your web browser caches those files to make webpages load faster. Try looking at it in a different browser or holding down the Shift and F5 buttons to refresh the page. If you refresh the page enough your newly uploaded files will show up.
