Site deactivated itself?

Post by BenH162 »

Everything was going swimmingly. Suddenly one client's website appeared as inactive. I logged into the developer controls and Activated hosting, and it all came back.

Is there a reason a site becomes inactive on its own? Is there a way to prevent this from happening again?

If you enter a credit card in Settings > WebTools > Billing Information in your clients AllProWebTools it will not be turned off. Please make sure that you have an email address for the client record in the toolkit, this way they will receive warning before the site is deactivated.
