This is probably related to this so I am adding to this thread. A customer [email protected] has reported, and I have verified by logging into his account, that all of his old orders are showing up as not shipped.
This has been addressed and your customers should be able to see either the shipping method or the tracking number when they look at their past orders in the My Account area. If you could please double check this is working for me, I would appreciate it.
