Buyer ID Lost

I'm trying to get orders entered, but when I click on "Calculate Shipping & Tax", I am given the following error message:

buyer id lost - endicia_ship_calc

It appears to be for just one buyer (Bluestem Brands), since I tried another buyer and it worked normally.

I am not exactly sure why you are experiencing this as it could be caused by a number of things.

I have tried to reproduce the exact issue with the exact same customer of yours and I was able to get proper shipping rates.

In order to troubleshoot the issue, I would suggest the following:

Try using an entirely different computer or web browser.
Be sure to only have one tab open in the browser.
Logout and log back in and go directly to the order you are trying to complete with only one tab open in the browser.

Let us know your results after trying the above ideas so that we can investigate this further.

Thanks a lot Dave. Your suggestion worked. I had tried logging out and back in, but restarting the browser and having only one tab open did the trick. Funny how that works.
