Invoice from paypal order shows no shipping charge

Hi!

We just had an order come through via PayPal that the invoice has no shipping charge shown on the actual invoice however the shipping charge is reflected in the total. It's from buyer 317 and order 28128. Could you please help see how this generated this way and get the invoice corrected to show the shipping line charge so it matches the order total of $40.80 which is correct. thanks!

Just a quick question, can you identify anything unique about this order? Did the customer use a different coupon code, or did the customer contact you to describe an oddity on the website while checking out? I'm just looking for any other clues as to why this order is different from all the rest.

We will continue to track this and look for a solution, and please let us know anytime this happens!

No they did not report anything odd and the coupon code is our coupon for June that many other customers have been using with no strange invoices coming through. Other customers have used this same code and paid via PayPal without any issue. Can you please fix the invoice though to show the line with the actual shipping charge so we can mail this order out, we are holding it until we have the corrected invoice. thanks!

Yes, the shipping item has been added back into the invoice and it should display correctly now. Please let me know if there is still something wrong with this order.
