Uploading pdfs

Post by Kmyers1730 »

I am trying to upload two pdfs to my client Denise Onofrey. It shows me the upload bar and the check mark but they files are not present in the folders. Attached are what I am trying to upload to her files. Thank you!

I do not see any files. Could you try uploading them here again? Or sending them to our support email?

I will need to send them via email which I will do right now. It wouldn't let me attach them here either...

I went in to the "Manage images and files" area and I can see the PDFs are already uploaded in the root and also in the folder called "pdfs". I have not uploaded anything.

Please let me know if you can see them now?
