credit not able to be refunded

Hi!

I have a separate order that I'm trying to refund as customs rejected the parcel and is sending it back to us. It's order 30740 for buyer 25873 and when I try to process the refund in the console i get an error message that says "credit card number is required"? How can I get this order refunded? thanks!

It appears that this order was originally created on October 18th 2017 - this was over 2 months ago. It is possible that the customer has cancelled their credit card, or their credit card has expired and they were assigned a new credit card number.

You may need to attempt the refund directly with Authorize.net, or issue a refund via check to the customer if their card has been cancelled.
