Coupon code is expiring

Hi,
We have our coupon code 213asdn2 set to never expire and for multi use. Why does this keep expiring? I have had to reenable it a few times. Thanks!

Everything appears to be configured correctly for this coupon code.
I have just created order# 31029 with the coupon code and have verified that the coupon code is still active and ready to be used again.

We have a bunch of orders with it and it has only expired 2 or 3 times. I'll keep an eye on it

Since the problem that you are experiencing appears to be intermittent, we need to gather as much information as possible to determine the cause.
It appears that the most recent order that may have triggered the coupon to expire was order# 31064. This is assumed because the date that the coupon code was expired was: 2018-03-13 11:32:01 and order# 31064 occurred at: 2018-03-13 11:32:00.
An interesting note about this order is that it was subsequently voided. Perhaps voiding an order that previously used your coupon code is causing the coupon code to expire.
It appears that the code is currently active and working. Next time it expires, let us know so that we can continue to look for a pattern.
