autoship notification failed, but processed?

Aloha!
Buyer 10147 has an autoship #31746. We received an email notification that the autoship failed to process.....however in pulling up the customer's profile the order did process #38710 however it did knock the order down to the list of "cancelled" orders under the reoccurring orders section?

According to your Authorize.net account, the charge failed AND succeeded. You can see the report from Authorize.net below:
