welcome code for buyer 31414 not working

Aloha! Buyer 31414 received welcome coupon A884396643 that expires 9/26/18. When she types it in and click apply she gets the error message "The coupon code entered (2days) has expired or was entered incorrectly." I just double checked and tried to use her code and also got the coupon code 2days has expired error message....can you check that our alias codes are active? I'm going to give this customer one of our bounce back codes to use so she can get the order placed as she has no patience for waiting for her code to work :)
