Hong Kong missing from country list

Aloha!
A customer is trying to input an address in Hong Kong and having difficulty as Hong Kong is not showing on our drop down menu of countries....I realize Hong Kong is a region within PRC however it has it's own postal system and customs office so all parcels sent need to list Hong Kong as the country not China.....could you get Hong Kong added to our list and let me know so I can have the customer finish their order. thanks!
