Aloha!
Can you please take a look at order #41091 from buyer 29865....we received two separate order email payment confirmations from PayPal and could only find one order in our console from the customer....after looking further we've found that on the order detail page under the payment section where it usually gets lists one line of payment there are two lines with separate PayPal authorization codes one for $40.80 and one for $46.80.....I'm thinking this must have been a glitch with our cyber monday sale code as she would have saved $6 however the order that processed through to the order invoice is the one for $46.80......any ideas? and was she in fact charged for both amounts?

It would appear that your customer completed the order without entering the coupon code, and then hit the back button in the browser and re-entered the coupon code and resubmitted the charge with PayPal 2 minutes later.

Yes, there are 2 valid charges in the PayPal system, we recommend that you refund one of the them by clicking the "void" button in AllProWebTools where you see both charges listed.
