This has happened to me twice now this week for the same client. As we are building out their store, I have coupons to test the checkout. Everytime I go to the coupon list to ensure that the coupon is still active, I see everything as expired, so I need to go and press the 'Re-enable' button. The date the coupon is set to expire is 3/29/2019 (so in like a week from now). Also, I am certain that I don't have the coupon expiring after one use as I have used the same coupon many times now.
Also - even though it says it's expired in the coupon list itself... I don't know if that's how its functioning. I think that the coupon may still be active, but the list is reporting it as expired. I think this is the case, as the system seems to create an individual coupon for each product attached to that coupon. And when I re-enable the coupon in the list, I'm only re-enabling one of the products I want to test on. But when I enter the coupon into the cart page, it says its good for many more products (all the products I attached to the coupon in the first place).
I hope this all makes sense.
Not sure why this is happening.

Without having the specifics on which coupon codes you are referring to - it will be very difficult to assist you with this. There are a number of different factors to be considered.
Can you provide either a screen recording or start a Support Screenshare so that our Support Team can assist you further?
