Lead Notifications

We receive a lead notification when some submits their info to a sign-up box
We also receive a lead notification when someone fills out their buyer profile when paying an invoice.
Typically our customer flow is sign-up box then invoice and we get duplicate leads. It makes sense to only get one lead notification.

I believe this is throwing off our total leads within the dashboard as well.

I'm trying to replicate this scenario. Could you please provide some more information so I can accurately test this? Did you set the notifications through a marketing campaign for the sign-up box? When you say "someone fills out their buyer profile when paying an invoice" are you referring to your AllProWebTools console or the customer purchasing something on your website?
