A new customer received our welcome email and the space where the unique code is input is blank.... I gave her a code to use but if we could find the glitch that is causing this to happen. Thanks!

We have just tested the welcome email system and received an email with a coupon code in it. There are many reasons why this may not have worked for this client, which could include anti-virus scanners or spam blockers, or even a faulty Internet connection. please let us know if this happens again and we will investigate further...
another welcome email missing the code for buyer#38436
Hi! Any update on this? here is another example that happened today. Buyer 38653....I need to get back to her with a code that works so if you could please reply that would be much appreciated.
