We are having an issue with customers not being able to select a different address to ship to in our shopping cart. After three phone calls this morning from customers I decided to test it out and sure enough it does not change. You can add another address and it saves however when you select "change" and then "ship to this address" from the address on the customer profile it just returns to the shipping cart and the shipping address remains unchanged. Please help!
