Unable to upload images

Hi! We are currently unable to upload any images in "manage images and files" we are just getting the circular arrows spinning in circles and "processing" never completes....is the AllProWebTools system currently down?

This issue has been addressed in version 5.4. You are currently on version 5.2. Your account will be upgraded on Monday.

If you would like assistance uploading this image before Monday, please send the image to support along with which folder you would like it to be uploaded to.

We are unable to upload images again. We are getting the error in the attached screenshot

Thought is was maybe the file size so resized to 1.95 MB and still getting the same error

Please check your image against the requirements in the warning at the top of the page. It is likely that the image exceeds the pixel requirement.
