Generic logo w/dead links on emails in yahoomail

Post by Jen3896 »

Hi! Noah and I discussed on a Zoom last week (I think) that he'd find out how to replace the generic blue circular logo that appears on incoming emails from my APWT account, with my real logo. I just tested another message to my yahoo! email, and not only is the blue logo still there, but an old, dead web address, SmallFaceGlasses.com is linked below a dead On Your Face Glasses link. Also the blue "Visit site" button at top right just spins and spins when clicked. Help please? Thank you in advance!

We have tested this on our own yahoo email account and here is what we see:

It appears to be a setting in your yahoo email account. We suggest contacting yahoo to assist you further with this.
