We just had a customer place an order in Japan. They contact us concerned as their invoice has the shipping address in all sorts of bizarre characters that are most definitely not Japanese. How can we fix this so it translates correctly on a customers invoice? Buyer 38346 order #52820

The customer typed their address in our website in kanji......this is the first time I've seen someone do this. All other customers in Japan have input their address in romanized Japanese (Latin alphabet).
