Hi!
Our MER report for May 2020 data reported for abandoned carts does not appear to be accurate. We've been thinking the data each month for abandoned carts was not realistic but just now had a chance to pull the abandoned carts for May. The report is showing abandoned carts: 444 for a total of $92,171.70. However our abandoned carts page for May 1st through May 31st is showing 70 carts with a total of $6,047.55. How can we get our MER report to reflect accurate stats for this?

Re: MER abandoned cart data
The screenshot you provided does not show the entire date range selected. Here is a screenshot taken from your account today that shows the date range and only 20 abandoned carts.
The Abandoned Cart Report that you included only shows the abandoned carts from visitors to your website who provided their contact information. There are many more abandoned carts generated from visitors who click "add to cart" and then leave your website - without ever logging in, or creating an account, or providing their email address. These are not included on the Abandoned Cart Report because there would be no way for you to call them, postal mail them, and no way to send them an email.

Re: MER abandoned cart data
Thank you for trying to help! Yes we understand the abandoned carts report only reflects data from visitors to our website who provided their contact information, we are not concerned about this.....We are also not concerned about the abandoned carts for June 1st to June 2nd. Sorry for the cut off screenshot....we thought you had access to our account to pull this up and were merely trying to showing the report we were looking at...will make sure we don't cut off any data ranges for future screenshots.
What we are asking is why on our MER report for dates 5/1/2020 to 5/31/2020 the abandoned cart stat reports 445 abandoned carts for $92,110.70 which does not match the same data in store> abandoned carts for the same date range 5/1/2020 to 5/31/2020 which shows 70 carts for value of $6,047.55. attaching new screenshots that show this date range
MER screenshoot may 1 to may 31 Abandoned Cart range may 1 to 31

Re: MER abandoned cart data
The reason that the numbers do not match from the 2 different reports is:
The Abandoned Cart Report that you included only shows the abandoned carts from visitors to your website who provided their contact information. There are many more abandoned carts generated from visitors who click "add to cart" and then leave your website - without ever logging in, or creating an account, or providing their email address. These are not included on the Abandoned Cart Report because there would be no way for you to call them, postal mail them, and no way to send them an email.
The monthly report shows the total for all abandoned carts, including those where no contact info was provided.
