When customer's were having trouble placing an order we used to be create the order and then have them login to their account and there used to be a "Unpaid Invoices" section before "Order history"....the customer could then click the "pay invoice" and submit payment. This was particularly helpful for international customers that were unable to call us....this option is no longer there....I just tried and and the invoice just shows under "order history" but does not denote that it is unpaid or have a link to go pay it. How can we get this option back working?
