Sign up box #17 missing

Hi! How do we edit/view the settings for our sign up box #17....it has suddenly disappeared from our list?

You are looking at the Campaign screen. The Signup boxes can be found on the Signup box screen. Go to the main menu and then: contacts->signup boxes
