Hi!
We are no longer able to access the "reocurring/autoship" orders on a buyers profile in contact management. We used to be able to either cancel one or amend the frequency date.....can you add this back as we have a few we need to access...Or are we reverting to emailing AllProWebTools support all the change details for an autoship or to inquire next autoship ship date etc?

I will be happy to assist you with this. Can you provide a bit more information on how you were able to do this? Where was the button and what was it called?

Yes in contact management for a specific buyer on the far right bottom there used to be a box with a green header that said "reoccurring orders" and it listed "active" and "inactive" orders that a customer was either subscribed to or had cancelled. We could click on the order number to make changes to a shipping address or click the "edit" button to change the ship date/frequency for a customer. Also orders that a credit card had failed to process would be listed under "inactive" so we could reference the history for helping a customer re-instate it. This entire box disappeared.....

Thanks for reporting this. You should be able to access this feature now.

Thank you the box is back :) It is just showing "active" orders though and not also "inactive/cancelled" orders....for example I just cancelled one for buyer 12757 and it would normally move under "inactive" so we can reference their autoship history but now it's totally gone?

You should be able to see the inactive order now.
