Hi!
We have a buyer that is not able to change her password in "my account" When you click "my account" then "edit password" type in the old password and the new password and click save the box just pops up with "please re-enter your current password" which you do and the same thing happens. The current password is definitely correct as it's the same password used to initially log in. Buyer 33103....please help us with this.

Hi Kathlein! The video you attached does not help us with this issue, it does not address the problem we are having.....
