Hi!
Our June 2020 MER sales total does not match the sales on our dashboard listed in the summary box under income "june". The dashboard is shows sales being $302 more than the sales on the MER....the range selected for both is June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020....why do they not match and which one is the actual accurate one?

Can you give more explanation? What is MER? Can you provide screenshots?

MER is the report we pull in the AllProWebTools console by going to Reports > Monthly Reports with the dates set for June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020. It pulls a number of stats for the specific month with "Net sales dollars" being first on the report. The Sales total reflected in our June Report does not match what the console dashboard "sales income" is reporting for actual sales....the dashboard "actual sales" is greater than the sales that pull on the actual monthly report.......dates on both are set to June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 and screen was refreshed and stats were still not matching

this is where you pull the MER report

Hi Kathlein! Any update on the MR sales vs dashboard actual sales discrepancy?

The income listed on the main dashboard is strictly counting all payments made to you during the month and does not subtract any refunds made. You can click on this total to get a complete detail of all income that was totaled to arrive at that sum.

The Net Sales report totals income from orders and shows net sales by subtracting the income from any orders that were refunded during the month.
