Can you please unblock one of our customers

Hi!
You are blocking one of our customers from gaining access to our website so they cannot place an order. They are receiving the Error #7. the IP address is "73.190.80.214"....please let us know when this is resolved so we can let our customer know.

The issue you are reporting is not a bug. This is a security feature and cannot be addressed on the forum.

The IP address you have posted belongs to Comcast and is randomly shared between thousands of Comcast users. Recently, one of these users was sending malicious traffic and security measures were implemented to protect the network.

You can get immediate assistance to reinstate access for a user by accessing the Support Chat by pressing the "Support" button while logged into your AllProWebTools account.

ok this is very confusing as the last two times this happened last month we were instructed to make a post here in forum to have the user reinstated.
