Email not appearing

Hello! I am having a problem with the email on AllProWebTools. For our Client Waller (Contact ID# 1582) their emails do not always apper in our AllProWebTools account. For example, within the last two weeks I have been emailing this client through AllProWebTools. It appears in our Gmail account we have linked up to our AllProWebTools, but it does not appear on our AllProWebTools account. I need to be able to access a trail of all of our emails between this client. They have three emails in their contact in AllProWebTools, however each email has been sent to the same email address so it should be appearing on our dashboard and our email trail in their profile. I've taken screenshots of this.
