It would save time if a radio button, with upload file features, was added to the work request section. We could upload a Word/Excel doc which would contain screen shots for issue(s) or update examples for the development team and/or for the suggestions to be viewed. Currently, I have to put in a ticket for either a work request or make suggestions and then email a document with the examples and in-depth information. Having the option to upload the files would save time from going into two areas (the work request and the email).
The same could be used in this suggestion section too.
